As a mental tip, in order to bring positive change to your body and for upcoming races, physical stress is necessary. That dreary cold morning may not always beckon you outside of your bed to run those miles, but reminding yourself why you're committing to this active world will help motivate you through the months. Some helpful tips from an FAT member would be to check in with your friends on what their training schedules are like, write down your training and personal goals each week to keep it fresh and in perspective, and treat yourself to a reward every now and then for finishing a good training session,.
